Sustainability Disclosure – Bank

Disclosure on the Transparency of Sustainability Risk Integration Policies in Investment Decision-Making Processes and Remuneration Policies.

As part of the Action Plan on Financing Sustainable Growth, the European Union adopted Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation – SFDR). This regulation aims to enhance transparency with regard to sustainability in the financial services sector. The Bank, as a “financial market participant” within the meaning of the SFDR, is subject to specific disclosure obligations.

In particular, the Bank is required to publish an entity-level disclosure (i.e., at the level of the Bank itself, and not only in relation to individual financial products offered) on how it integrates sustainability risks into its investment and advisory decision-making processes and into its remuneration policies.
