Automatic crediting of Italian (domestic) and SEPA-area bank transfers to your new IBAN is guaranteed. In any case, we recommend that you start communicating your new IBAN code - valid from 20/02/2023 - to anyone making bank transfers in your favor or payments on your behalf without delay.
We remind you that the new Credem Euromobiliare IBAN will become effective as from 20 February 2023. Also, if you have already entered a proxy payment with a due date beyond 20/02/2023, this is not an issue, as it will be duly transferred to and paid through your new IBAN.
As part of the migration activities, and in order to ensure an updating of their files, we will notify all creditors adhering to the "SEDA" service (e.g. the main service and utility providers) and any related credit institutions, with whom SDD mandates are in place, with regard to the specific communications containing the new IBAN details to be used when charging SDD mandates. However, if you have been notified of an unsuccessful SDD payment, possibly due to a delay in the updating their files, we advise you to contact the creditor company directly to obtain further information on the single missed payment and/or to communicate again your new Credem IBAN details.
