Reggio Emilia

In a context where companies are required to face rapid and complex change, the ability to evolve while maintaining a strong identity has become a key priority. With the Reggio Emilia event at Officine Credem, the 2025 edition of Dialoghi d’Impresa, the corporate storytelling festival sponsored by Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking as main sponsor, came to a close. The event represented an important opportunity to reaffirm the bank’s strong connection with the local area and its entrepreneurial community.

The highlight of the evening was a discussion on the dynamics of business transformation, featuring Simone Citterio, Head of Corporate Finance Advisory at Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking.

In his speech, Simone Citterio illustrated the bank’s approach to supporting entrepreneurs, emphasizing a key principle: the value of active listening. Before defining any strategy or extraordinary finance operation, it is essential to develop a deep understanding of the complex human dynamics involved, particularly the family dynamics that often accompany crucial moments in a company’s life. Whether addressing a delicate generational transition, a corporate reorganization or a major expansion plan, analysing personal and family balances must come first; technical expertise and financial tools become effective only afterwards. The role of Corporate Finance Advisory is precisely to start from this deep listening and then guide companies through transition phases with the necessary rationality and strategic vision.

A discussion on tradition, innovation and development

The evening also featured valuable contributions from Simone Chiesi (Team Leader, Innovation Unit at Credem) and Piergiovanni Zanola (Regional Manager at Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking). Andrea Bettini, curator of the festival and moderator of the evening, led a multi-voice dialogue enriched by direct testimonies from the business and managerial world.

Together with Simone Citterio, the discussion panel also included:

  • Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron, who shared insights into the leadership strategies behind the company’s global expansion.
  • Alice Pretto, CEO of Essay Group, who discussed generational transition and the reinterpretation of family tradition in a modern context.
  • Cristiano Boscato, CEO of Dinova, who offered an analysis of how new technologies and artificial intelligence are emerging as transformative tools for organizations.

The Reggio Emilia event confirmed the value of connection and dialogue among companies, reaffirming Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking’s commitment to positioning itself as an attentive interlocutor and strategic partner for the development of the local and national economic fabric.
